This place went above and beyond my expectations. The atmosphere and decor was amazing. The wait staff was very professional and friendly. Now the food. I had a foodgasm. We both had mixed drinks too and they were perfect. This is our new spot for seafood.
WOW! Tried Catfish Willy’s for the first time and was VERY impressed! The place was clean and the staff very friendly and polite! Ordered the Loaded Gator Fries and was NOT disappointed! Enough to feed 4 people and the gator had a mild flavor and was sooooo tender! YUM!!! The Fried Portabella Mushrooms were great too! Tender and juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside…And just as we were finishing our appetizers, they brought out our main courses (NO WAITING)…My Tilapia with crab stuffing was cooked perfectly and those fried green beans had a light crispy crust…Yummers!!! Hubby had the fried catfish fillets and fried okra and squash….He said it was the best catfish he ever ate! I have to agree… And the fried okra had a light crispy crust and the okra tasted like it was freshly picked right out of the garden! And they were so attentive, keeping our glasses filled and making sure we had everything we needed…Good service…Plentiful hot food…What else can you ask for…Can’t wait to go back and try the lobster, shrimp, scallops, and fried green tomatoes… 🙂
