Husband & I went for lunch. Gumbo was excellent! Full of flavor & lots of seafood! Husband had pot roast-very good & large portion. We also ordered onion straws that we normally love but not this time. Onions were too thick/batter was tasteless-they tasted like something you would get out of the grocery freezer! Got an order of banana pie to go-good but needed slices of bananas in the filling! Plan on returning for dinner
Visited for the first time recently with party of two and found the food to be pretty good and the wait staff to be competent. I ordered the ribeye steak medium and it came out bone dry. They politely replaced my steak with one much better prepared, but no better tasting than what I can make at home. However, overall agood experience so I recommend.
Delicious. The pork chops were juicy and fantastic, and the service was wonderful. Had a very laughable moment when the waitress had to help me get ketchup out of the old school bottle (glass ketchup bottles? Awesome!), but it was all in good fun! Definitely recommend, will visit again.
Third Street Burger. Excellent burger, well cooked and nicely dressed. Fries were crispy outside with light and fluffy centers. Tasty and enjoyable meal!
The Salmon BLT…Great Homemade Tartar Sauce. They have the best salmon in Owensboro and cook it perfectly every time.
Great place.. Really love this place. Great food and best servers in Owensboro. Jade and David best I have found in the area. Gumbo and specials are the best.
Love Colby’s. Best food, best atmosphere and great waitresses and waiter’s. .we love their specials and their kids menu is awesome. We eat there at least once a week…
