AMAZING! I absolutely love this restaurant! Staff are friendly and Colby is great. The hosts and hostesses are always nice and actually entertaining to watch. The food is fantastic. The Philly Steak Sandwich and the House Chicken are my absolute favorites. For sides, the penne alfredo, caesar salad, and any and all the fries are excellent! Great place!!
I am sorry to say this is not a positive review. I have eaten at Colby’s many times over the years, both with my family & work-related. This is the first time I have had take-out there, but was anticipating the level of quality I had experienced in the past. I am very disappointed. I ordered the Cobb Salad which is a favorite & it is really bad. The chicken tenders are soggy & tasteless, the lettuce is poor quality & I had 1 artichoke heart. Overall it was pretty sad salad. To top it off, my husband was very disgusted with the service & said he almost had to go back to the kitchen to get our food because no one would help him. He spoke with the owner who was not helpful or apologetic. Needless to say – we will not go back to Colby’s nor will we recommend it to anyone.
