Friendly service, but distracted and forgetful (some of our order was incorrect, and some was very delayed) – to be fair, we did receive a 15% discount because of it; also, the floors and the booths could have been cleaner. The coffee tasted old, at least in my opinion. I ordered the loaded veggie omelet, with white toast and hash browns; however, both the veggies in the omelet and the hash browns were undercooked.
We had great service during the snow storm and the new pancake bites and the Pot Roast Grilled Cheese were amazing!!! Our server was friendly and the restaurant was completely clean!
Usually great but AWFUL tonight!!!. Usually service and food is great and I would have nothing but compliments but tonight I came in with my children and waited and waited to be seated or at least greeted. The staff just kept right on walking so I sat myself. The appetizer of chips and salsa was forgotten and came out right before my meal. They forgot my kids meals and didn’t realize it until they sat my food in front of me. My server also tried to give me a bill with everything on it including the forgotten appetizer and even the kids meals and it was kids eat free night. Luckily another server was at the cash register who had common sense and she only charged me for two meals total.
Broken then filthy coffee cups. The creamer cup was broken and leaked all over the table. 37 mins wait for our food. Our food was cold. No buttee or jelly on our table. The waitress was kind and helpful though.
