My son has taken me here twice now. Food was excellent, the bald waiter we had both times n he’s best waiter we’ve ever had from any restaurant, very helpful, polite, I’d recommend this place highly
The food here is amazing. Staff is helpful and friendly. Probably some of the best dinner food in the Owensboro area. Food is delivered hot and perfectly seasoned. This will always be my go to place for dinner when I am in Owensboro KY
Amazing food! Great service! My brothers and I dined at the Bistro last night. I had the special – which was a flaky fish with a piccata sauce. They both had bourbon glazed chicken. All three of our meals were exceptional. Kudos to the chef! We also never needed a thing. The wait staff was all over us! Such a great experience!
Great place to eat with a very friendly staff and atmosphere. It’s been a long time since we visited Famous Bistro and I need to change that! My husband and I had lunch and we enjoyed our visit. I ordered the Kobe sliders and my husband had steak frites. Both dishes were wonderful. I just read through all the posted reviews and I am eager to return.
Charleston foodie. We live in Charleston but have alot of family in KY. We arrived in O’boro after 10 hr drive and had dinner here. The food is as good as you could have anywhere! The veggie plate was PERFECTLY cooked and delightfully seasoned. We had a party of 5 with varied tastes & everybody was happy. Son’s pizza was excellent & savory, as was husband’s moussaka. The menu is varied and is ‘real food’ done right. I wish I could take this charming bistro back to Charleston.Notes: We arrived at 7:30 and it was quite full & somewhat noisy, but very inviting & comfortable. Very nice staff. I ordered a side salad and they brought my daughter’s child entree out early, so waiting for great food was no problem- was a normal wait for properly cooked fresh food and faster than many places.
Horrible customer service. The manager guy there was really rude to me so I will not be eating there again
