  Can’t Beat It. Bob’s has been a tradition on the Southside for decades. They have the best steak burger that you can get on this end of town (10 miles east of Steak and Shake). Their entire menu is awesome – you cannot go wrong. They have a small playground area for the kids and they are starting a Southside Picnic Fish Fry on Saturday nights and their fish is GOOD.They also have daily specials (like them on FB to learn more and NO I do not work there). When you want to get away from the traffic jams and long waits to eat at the mall, come to Southside 🙂

  Still Good Food. There is a Fiesta Burger on the menu you just have to try. It is very large and very good. The soft serve ice cream is also very large. Nothing has changed since our last stop—it’s all good. Like the old McDonalds, you have to go up to the front window to order.06 Oct, 2009Many years ago this was a Dairy Queen so when we drove through Paducah we decided to see if the Dairy Queen was still there as it been in the 1950s. The place was still there however it was Bob’s Drive In. They had a special they were advertiing for cones so we had two soft ice cream cones. Seems like a lot of other folks decided to do the same thing as the line grew and grew. You have to walk up to the window and place your order. Good soft serve ice cream. Also we noted they serve sandwiches which some were ordering.
