Awesome variety!. Visited last night for the first time (Sat., March 7, 2015). I am a big fan of places like Quizno’s, Subway and my favorite Penn Station. So I am always looking for a great sub place. Firehouse has an awesome variety of subs and salads. I chose the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket with beef, cheddar, mayo, and Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce. I love Sweet Baby Ray’s and it’s the only BBQ sauce I use. Having said that, the sub was awesome….. However, I wish they had an alternative to chips like Penn Stations’ home fries. That is the only complaint I have. I highly recommend it.
