Business dinner…. Very cool place! Reservations at 8:00 and went straight to table. The restaurant was completely full but service was impeccable. Great wine selection and the food was fantastic. All pasta is made from scratch! The only downside would have to be noise level. Being a business dinner it was a little difficult to hear the person next to you. Doesn’t matter, will definitely go back.

Just ate at Italian Grill! Our experience was great! Food delicious!! One of my favorites!! You won’t be disappointed!! The wedged salad was perfect and the pepperoni roll- up was fabulous!

UPDATE: So we went back after a self-imposed lengthy absence. Service had improved enormously. Food was MUCH better as well. Quite a bit more flavorful as a matter of fact. Overall we were pleased, but it was quite pricey for mostly pasta. But we did have plenty as leftovers.ORIGINAL REVIEW- Our party of 6 were finally greeted by our server who took our drink order 20 minutes after we sat down at our table at 6:00 (had reservations). Twenty minutes later, we finally ordered our appetizer and entrees. The server was doing the best she could, we decided, after we found out she was solely responsible for the tables outside, our table inside toward the back, the carry-out meals at the bar, AND answering the phone (which she carried with her and actually answered while at our table). By 7:40, we still had not received our entrees. We asked and were told that the restaurant had 3 kitchens, and we all ordered something from a different kitchen. ??!! The manager came and told us that our meals were freshly prepared, and we should expect to wait that long for a good meal. Another ??!! moment. Our entrees finally arrived at the table at 7:55, effectively guaranteeing we would not make our theatre performance at 8:00. By the time we left, it was 9:00, and the food had not been worth the wait. We tried each other’s different dishes and concluded that the majority of them tasted the same. We couldn’t even tell the difference between the Cajun pasta and the creamy chicken pasta! All of it was bland and uninspiring. As far as Italian food goes, you could have gotten the same thing for half the price at Olive Garden. Combine that with the arrogance of the management, and we won’t be back any time soon.

Service needs to improve. Had to ask for basics such as did fresh cheese come as pasta topping after it was served. Glass of wine was not served until meal arrived. Maybe secret diner would help.

Diner from Western KY. Had reservation Saturday night 4/18/15 for 5:45 as we had tickets for the Market House at 7:30. We were seated shortly after 6pm in the second floor dining room. Waitress was very prompt. They were out of crawfish so I had to change to one of their specials which was pasta topped with two lobster tails. Both of our pastas were very good and came with salad and bread. Price was reasonable for the amount of food. Plan to eat there again. Only problem was they were very crowded and the noise was bad but you could still carry on a conversation.
