Great soups and sandwiches on homemade breads and cheeses – the fried oyster sandwich perfectly cooked on a buttery bun – remoulade and crunchy pickle – perfection! Reuben was lean and bread delish! Grabbed some cookies and a loaf of blue cheese walnut bread to go. Five generations of Kirchhoffs – Great vintage storefront across from original market on narrow brick, tree-lined street. Several museums and quilt shop in the area. Nice detour on a beautiful day!
