Many Good Experiences. We travel through Paducah many times and we always seem to be there around lunch time. Since we like McAlister’s as a healthy light alternative to ususal quick road food, we’ve stopped at this one often. We’ve always had excellent service (extra friendly and attentive staff) good food (allways correct and ample portions) and easy on and off. This is one of the better run McAlister’s we’ve been in and don’t see any problem recomending it.
Bad Location. I’ve enjoyed McAlister’s in the past, but my wife and I had a very poor experience at this location. We placed a to go order on a cross country trip, and the order accuracy was quite poor. They omitted tomatoes and lettuce, leaving just turkey and cheese on my wife’s sandwich. My veggie sandwich was barely filled with ingredients. Moreover, the girl at the counter was very distracted by another customer and did not give us prompt service.Bottom line: I like McAlister’s, but this is a bad location. Avoid it!
