  Great for Picky Eaters and Vegans!. My aunt did not want any veggies in her chicken n’ cheese nachos and I, on the other hand, only wanted my spinach and mushroom enchiladas to be completely vegan (no animal products). They fixed both of our dishes perfectly! This is extremely rare to find a Mexican restaurant who cares about doing the dish the way you want it right the first time. I was very impressed and plan to return to this restaurant for their delicious Mexican food next time I’m in Paducah. Their salsa is excellent and has some nice chunks of tomatoes, cilantro and onion in it. Their chips are crispy and fresh. The food was very delicious and the customer service was great! The server made sure we had our drinks filled too.28 Sep, 2014Spinach and Mushroom Enchiladas. The mushroom and spinach enchiladas are topped with salsa verde and served with rice and beans.

  Mi Lindo Michoacan is the best!!!. My husband and I have been eating at Mi Lindo Michoacn for quite some time, now… We think it’s the finest authentic Mexican cuisine in the area!!! The servers are nice, the price is right and the food is delicious!!! 🙂
