Grew up in Paducah. In my mind there is no better barbeque in the world than the pork shoulder at Starnes.Now that we live in Arizona, we order!! That’s how much we miss it. The meat is hickory smoked and their sauce isoutstanding. That said, if you like yours swimming in sticky,(in my opinion)icky sauces then you’ll have to add your own. Love Starnes.
