In my opinion, simply average. Although we enjoyed the spicy beer cheese (served with standard crackers and vegetables), the reuben (corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and dressing, all on rye bread) was very disappointing (the corned beef and the sauerkraut were not drained well enough, and so my sandwich was a soggy mess) and the fries were under-seasoned.
Thyme just made a significant update to the menu which has been an excellent improvement. Food is better but plan for additional time for your meal as they are cooking it at the time of order and not finishing at time of order.
Good food, bad service. Food is good. I have never had a bad meal, but the service is slow and the waitresses forget to check on you and don’t like to do refills. You also have to wait on your check.
Dinner with family-everything was prepared as requested.I had burger and fries-good.My wife had chicken ceaser salad-a very large serving-I sampled the salad-excellent.Chicken alfrefo and salad-the best indication that it was good-nothing left-excellent.We would return and our waitress was helpful and provided drinks at appropriate times.
Time isn’t what you will save here. Went here on my obvious lunch break with multiple employees. We all ordered simple items, fries, burger, etc. Never received one refill, $1.75 for a glass of watered down soda and a 45 minute wait for food. The food was great, but if you are wanting to eat somewhere within 1 hour of sitting down, thyme isn’t on your side. Maybe if they hire some different people. Worse service i’d had in years, Waffle House at 3:30 AM during the drunken rush does a better job.
Had a good lunch.
