IHOP LOCATED AT 3900 N Dixie Elizabethtown, KY 42701. For sure this IHOP is making all others look bad. Over the past several years this IHOP has gone from bad to worst. I believe the issues we had this evening are do to poor management and the servers do not really care about your customers non their tips. I and my family (of six) were seated Timely, but the servers were at issues which one was to serve us, which really made us wonder what was wrong with us and what was taking so long before a server showed up for our order. I was seated in direct line with the Sun which was very bright making it impossible to read the menu even with sunglasses on. There were many empty tables available which were not I this direct line with the Sun. I canceled my order and left.
It was a very bad experience. When you enter the restaurant it had a very bad odor. The waitress was not completely equipped to be working the amount of tables she had. Took a very long time to answer our request. I really hope the establishment does their best to correct these issues.

If you only eat here after driniing heavily, you should be ok. That way you won’t notice or care about the wait or the slow service. You pretty much know what to expect for the food, so I wont eloborate on that. If you have tasted the food at one IHOP, you have tasted the food at them all.
