Friendly, quick service. Delicious food (I had the tenderloin breakfast) cooked perfectly and the dessert was beyond delicious (I had a slice of chocolate pie & tried the cobbler too). Very reasonable prices & it looked very tidy & clean.

Decent. Plain food that you can make at home for half the price. Older lazy people stroll in for the cheap prices and then basically pluck money out of the owners pocket by sitting there for hours on end.
Great Pork Tenderloin Sandwich. The family and I had lunch here on Saturday. Son had the Atomic burger, wife had the Pork Tenderloin sandwich and I had the Chicken Fried Steak with mash taters and green beans. All was good and the wife said it was worth the drive form Lexington for her pork tenderloin. I can see where some would complain about service being slow sometimes if they were busy, but we hit it just after the rush and were treated very well. Oh, we had the Banana peppers which were a little salty, but good. They were served with ranch dressing? I dont know where they came up with that. I always like my with marinara sauce but nobody serve them that way anymore. I would suggest to the owner to do some cleaning and have a designated cashier, which is where the service gets slowed down. All in all, a good greasy spoon.

The food is almost always good but their service is less than desirable. You often find yourself getting up to get your own refills and even had to get my own cutlery on two different occasions. When you pay, instead of giving you a ticket, you go to the counter and tell them what you ordered which seems strange to me. The food is always hot and good though, we have learned to laugh about the terrible service.
Good Southern Cookin!. I love Jackson’s! They always have great prices and great food. Anything from fried chicken to meatloaf to dumplins! Recommended it to anyone of any age!
