The food is good but the person taking phone orders needs to learn about what is on the menu. I ordered sushi and she was completely lost and is every time I call, it’s really annoying.
When koto first opened is was definitely one of my favorite places to eat. As time has passed, it has become quite apparent that koto has started to do everything possible to cut food costs. The past few times I have visited the chicken and shrimp had a rubbery texture and was dry almost as if it had been sitting out or was old. I will not be returning anytime soon.
Displeased x2. Twice I have ordered takeout from Kotos and was disappointed.. They gave us a few vegetables and chicken, no rice and forgot a side order of mushrooms. The helpings were kids meal size. Overpriced for what we received. Happened twice, should have learned first time. That being said the salad and soup was good. I will have to try somewhere else next time.. If you get take out , check and make sure you got what you ordered!
