Super disappointed that all McDonalds in Richmond have decided NOT to serve the chocolate chip frappe. This was my favorite drink on the menu and because they are too lazy to order chocolate chips they take it off the menu. All of the other McDonalds in the state still serve this drink. How hard is it really to order chocolate chips?!? Bad customer service!!

By far the worst McDonald’s in Richmond. The morning staff is horrible and half the time they have the register shut down and only accept cash. They have messed my orders up more times than I can count.
This is the absolute worst McDonald’s I have been to in my life! Poor service, poor food, ratty looking place. Steer clear. 2 better McDonalds options in town.
Quick, cheap meal.
