Came for lunch and it was better than expected. The French dip is huge. Can only eat half. The burger was ordered medium but did come out a bit rare. The service was fine. The only issue we had was when we were seated the waitress came to our table and before we even opened the menu asked if we wanted to order an appetizer. The gentleman who served the food was very friendly.
Went to O’Charley’s last night and had the cowboy stake which has 12 pepper sauce on it and it was wonderful and all the staff and the waitresses were awesome my wife had their regular sirloin steak and my daughter had the chicken tenders the food was awesome I would recommend you go to O’Charley’s in Richmond Kentucky

Don’t fill up on the rolls. They’re dilisicious but there is more to come. I’ve always been pleased with service and quality of order
Great burgers, reasonable prices. Waitstaff was great, never wanted for anything. Refills at table before you even needed to ask. Waitress was super friendly and quick.
This reaturant has it’s ups and downs sometimes you recieve the food you have ordered but sometimes it’s not cooked the way you ordered it! But it’s a okay resturant all in all.
