Best in town!. Purdy’s is my favorite coffee shop in Richmond! It’s an awesome place to sit and study because of the cozy environment and their drinks are the best! The staff is exceptionally friendly and always willing to recommend a delicious drink.
Richmond’s Best Coffeeshop!. Purdy’s exemplifies the picturesque coffeeshop experience. A brick-exposed wall with top-notch foods, new brewing methods and great coffee! Whether you’re meeting a few friends or studying for a test, this place is a great spot to relax.
Delish & Unique!. Stepping into Purdy’s was like stepping into a comfortable dear, old friend’s house. The service was top rate, the food was generous, artisan and house made. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, too, which made you want to stay for awhile. Oh, and the latte I had? Devine! Like stepping into a caf in Italy….it really was a surprise to find this little gem of a place. Will definitely make a special trip back just to come for lunch (and I’m from Lexington).
I wondered if it would live up to the wonderful reviews my friends gave me, but it far exceeded my expectations! It’s a wonderful atmosphere and the coffee is truly delicious! I enjoy trying new things when I go because it’s always so tasty! If you haven’t been yet, it’s a must try!
