Ihop in Russel Ky. Been going there off and on, with mixed reviews. Last Wed. 1-18-12, the three of us went there at 8:15 PM. 15 minutes went by before our drink order was taken and another 10 before our food order. All in all it was 75 Min. before we got our omelets. We will see what happens tonight. There were about 10 customers there at the time.
Waitstaff and host need to rethink job choice. The ponytail nasty man host needs to evaluate his attitude when serving the public. Dude, you have a wide open empty restaurant it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out where to seat someone. Waitress was a little better but didn’t over exert herself either. Food was ok, but hard to mess up scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes.
