Service is ridiculous. I’m sorry I walked in your restaurant and ordered food from you, I didn’t mean to disturb your day. I was just hungry for a sandwich from a small local place that might welcome the business ….it won’t happen again, sorry.
Horrible Food & Service. I wish I read the reviews before going here. Moving close by soon so I figured I’d give it a try thinking it might be a regular place for me since there isnt much around. Well I’m glad I got it over with. So bad! There is 1 waitress there. She’s paying attention to the game and not the people coming in. She had 0 personality at all. I couldnt hear what she said at all. I let her know I’ve never been there before and she looked at me like I’m stupid because I asked for a menu.I ordered a pizza and one of the worst I’ve had. Either they had someone different making pizza or other people don’t know what they are talking about. So horrible! The pizza had about 1/2 in of cheese on it and it was so thick that I couldnt even eat it without the it falling apart. I found myself eating the cheese by it’s self and then the crust.The wings are not bad. I’ll give them that. They should have more of a selection on the wings then just HOT sauce.I may give them a chance one day in hopes of possibly having a good sub but I’ll cross my fingers. I would rather go to the Dollar General next door and get a digiorno pizza!Hope this helps some people. Good luck to all
Smoke-Free At Last!. Owners finally got a clue and went smoke-free! SOOO much nicer now that you can actually consider eating there. Food is still great. The wait staff can be a little snippy though when they’re (she’s) in a bad mood. Still the best pizza in Shelby County.19 Dec, 2011Smoky but good!. We like JT’s pizza the best in Shelby County. We’ve not tried the subs but we hear they’re great. Down side is the smoking–so we prefer carry-out to eating in. Good place to grab a beer and watch a ball game though.

Good Pizza and Subs in Simpsonville. Since moving out to Simpsonville, I have frequented JT’s a few times. I have only had take out, since they allow smoking in the restaurant. The place looks clean enough, but I cannot do smoke in a restaurant any more.Pizza is thick, with lots of toppings and cheese. Sub’s are good as well, and I have had the Italian and Meatball. Pizza prices may seem a bit steep, but you really get a lot. A medium fed me and my wife for almost three meals.
