One of my favorite seasonal things to do is visit Gallrein Farms in Shelby County. I spend many dollars on flowers each spring and visit in the fall for the hayrides and pumpkin patch. A couple years ago, they expanded the retail store and nursery and added a bakery. I’ve had their sandwiches and sweets and they’re well prepared and tasty. Last time I went though thepreparation time was very slow-with something as simple asconstructing a corned beef sandwich. But I recommend going and planning to spend several hours!
