We stopped in Cattleman’s Road house in Shelbyville, Ky. Ordered onion rings to go with my salad and got salad bar. Got a small salad while waiting on my onion rings. Kept waiting and then here came our steaks and no onion rings. She said I didn’t know you ordered them. so I paid for a side salad. Got sirloin and it had mainly flavor of seasoning and not the steak. Won’t go back.
We ate here on a trip to Louisville, our hotel was next door so it was purely convenience. The prices are reasonable for a steak place and I like that they have a salad bar. Our waitress was outstanding. Glasses never went empty. She was fast and friendly and everything that a waitress should be. I would come back just for the outstanding service.
