Food is slow! No clean forks!09 Jun, 2014Should have stayed burned down! I order Feista Bontia, no peppers, no onions, and came out so slow the cheese taste like glue! My sliver wear sticking to my napkin how is this place staying open. Don’t waste your money or time!
Cleanliness. I couldn’t believe that my main course was brought by a waiter holding a hot dish with an old oven mitt that was covered with grease and had big holes (yes, more than one) in it. I could see the waiter’s fingers! Unacceptable. If what you can see up front is that bad then I’m scared to think about the kitchen. No more visits for me.
Tina. Fiesta Mexicana IS the best mexican resturant in shelbyville! It is where we do girls night out and ALL bdays are celebrated there and any other thing we can think of to celebrate its done there!lol Its a little small but heard that they are expanding! yeah I can honestly say i have tried all things on menu other than seafood and it was great except for the chuletas and they were my least favorite! all in all i give them 5 out of 5 stars! service is always with a smile!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So Glad We Dined Locally!. Was in Shelbyville for high school baseball and wanted to dine locally instead of at the chain restaurants by our hotel. Found Fiesta Mexicana online and decided to give it a try. Was soooooooooooo glad we did! The place was packed on a late Thursday afternoon, which we took as a good sign. We were right – Great food, huge menu, pleasant service! Only negative – smoking was allowed at tables near ours, and that was unappetizing… especially since we’re used to smoke-free dining and drinking in Wisconsin. But, don’t let that keep you from trying this little local gem.
Great food and service. Had the seafood chimichanga meal and it great! Looove the salsa also.
Good fajitas and margaritas, but better Tex-Mex can be found elsewhere in Shelbyville. The language barrier can sometimes get in the way and we often have to correct orders delivered to our table, but they try hard to satisfy, and they do a good job!
