  I’ve eaten here three times now. To my mind, its one of the better Mexican restaurants in the area. I’ve been lucky enough to have the same server each time and she has been awesome; very friendly, helpful and attentive. Prices are maybe a bit higher than your typically Mexican restaurant, however the cuisine seems much better than your average 1 -25 combo Mexican joint. Also, the mezcal margarita I had was quite good and generous. Finally, the salsa is also much better what you typically get, had lots of flavor, not just some watery tomato sauce. I’ll be back.

  We arrived at the restraunt right before 6 on sunday night. It appeared the dinner crowd was about done. Which was great for us we have 3 children one of which is a 2 year old that doesnt like to sit long. We were sat promptly no wait at all. Our server was at the table with in five minutes to bring chips and salsa, and take our drink order. Since we had already looked at the menu we went ahead and ordered, this was right at 6 oclock. (Thank you facebook for time stamping every post).15 to 20 minutes later i make a joke to my fiance about the waiters tip and with in minutes our drinks arrive. We see the waiter once in the next forty minutes at which point we ask about our food. He said it will be right out. We sat and watched multiple tables be served they trickled in and out while we sat.Sitting here with my kids complaining my fiance says i think they took our food to the wrong table. At this point the waiter appears again says our food is being prepped and it will be right out. 15 minutes later our food shows up. We finish our food then go back to waiting now for the check. Finally we stop a random waiter and ask for the manager and our check. A few minutes later our waiter shows up with the check and I voice my dissatisfaction with the wait. The waiter proceeds to not apologize but let me know it was basically my fault for having a complicated order. We order 2 borrittos, 2 fahijtas, and a grilled cheese sandwhich. The only thing special about it was we requested no beans with 2 of the meals. I once again asked for the manager. The waiter told me I would be waiting for a while because the manager was busy. I said ive already been here for so long whats a little longer. I let my wife leave and take the kids back to the house. I sat for 45 minutes until the place was almost completely empty before my wife came back to get me, still no manager. At this point Ive asked 2 people for a manger and sat. Finally i go to the girl at the check out table and ask for the manager. 2 minutes later I’m standing in front of the manager. I tell him all about my experience, but he really didnt care either. I paid my bill at this point and left. All i can do at this point is make sure every person i meet going into the future avoids this place at all costs.
