Very yummy and well priced!. In Shelbyville Ky. we do not have very many decent restaurants, McKinleys is one of my favorite places to eat. Not only do they make their own bread, have fresh ingredients and a home like atmosphere; they are reasonably priced as well!
Best Soup & Sandwich Shop in Shelby County. Excellent setting, great sandwiches, soups & salads! Our family favorite for lunch. They also have fresh baked breads and pastries. The Cream Horns keep calling me back.
Great Deli. My sister and I ate here for the first time today. She had the southwestern salad and I had the Mckinley sandwich. Both were awesome! The bread was soft and the sandwich very unusual and great. My sister loved the vinaigrette that came with the salad and how it mixed flavors together. A very cozy place for lunch. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!
Absolutely love this restaurant!! Excellent food. I highly recommend the broccoli cheese soup. And don’t forget to add a one of their soft cookies to your meal. The owner and staff are all very hospitable and kind.

My wife and I stopped in on a Monday afternoon recently. We enjoyed the lunch food and the atmosphere was very homey. I felt like I had slowed down and take an a breathe of fresh air. The chess bars were out of this world. We spoke with Mrs McKinley when buying dessert to take with us. I love meeting the owners. We will be back.
