Terrible service. The first time the delivery was an hour and a half late and we let slide. Things happen. This time ….. We ordered at 7:45 and by 10:00 we still have no delivery. My husband called to check on the status and they told us 10 more minutes. Well! 30 minutes later, still no pizza! We called a second time with concern maybe they didn’t get the order. I told her it had been 30 minutes since the last time we checked and the best she could do was tell me- 10 MORE minutes. No discount, no apology. The food it good but plan on waiting 2-3 hours to get your delivery.
Best service ever!!. My husband and I hadn’t been to pizza hut in years because of horrible service that we have had in the past, so we decided to give it another chance Wednesday night and we had gotten the best service ever from our server Dee, she had a smile on her face that could light a room, recommended things to put on a pizza and even on the crust and I have to say it was the best pizza we’ve ever gotten. She even recommended a cookie which was hot and delicious. Also never let our drinks get below half, she was truly awesome and we will be back for sure because of her. The store needs to recognize her for her awesome serving skills!! Thank you so much Dee for making our experience at pizza hut a 10 plus, I will recommend all my family and friends to the pizza hut in Shelbyville store 313.
Worst service ever. I ordered a delivery pizza last week and they told us a delivery time but then it was 20 minutes later than that when we got it. Then today we order a pizza online for delivery. When I call to check on it, I’m told they do not even have an order for us (but my card was charged and we received confirmation). So I told them to be sure the charge is taken off my card and he said it would be. So we order from Papa Johns and go pick up the pizza, only to have a Pizza Hut delivery person show up at the door with the original order. When I call Jordan at Pizza Hut, Shelbyville KY and again, he said he still does not see we have an order there. I told him we really wanted Pizza Hut but have already paid for Papa Johns so do not want my card charged for the Pizza Hut so he told us to just send it back with the driver and he would assure it was taken off my card. This is crazy. How could someone deliver a pizza and a person at the restaurant not have an order? It would not be so bad if this was the first time, but over the last few years this store has gotten worse. I will not order form pizza hut Shelbyville ever again.
They say on their sign, open for 37 years. I have lived in Shelbyville for 30 years and they have been bad the whole time!Some things will never change.
Horrible Wait Times. I have tried to order multiple times from this location and every time they have a wait of more than 2 hours! I’m not sure if they are chronically understaffed or they go out back and harvest the ingredients. (At least they got the order right after I sat waiting for 2.5 hours the last time I ordered.)Will NEVER order from this location again.
Worst pizza experience ever.
It’s Pizza Hut. I’m a bit embarrassed to write a review of the most uninspired generic pizza in the world, but the folks at this Pizza Hut are really nice and deserve a positive review. Their lunch buffet is a good value.
