So me and my husband (on my husbands account) went here for a date night few months ago. The service was horrible. We was seated within 10 mins but here is where the troubles begin. We get seated and within 15-29 mins later we get our drink order in. Other tables were seated drinks filled and bread for those tables come out 45 mins later. We’re still sitting there no food no drinks no bread salads nothing! We walked it people started at us bc they couldn’t believe what had happened. I was so furious I went back and did place my complaint with the manager she was so kind to call the owner and give us free food but when I had gotten home the chicken Tasted like a Tyson chicken patty with a slice of cheese on top Kroger brand sauce with noodles. Not worth I believe they charge $15 for. I got the pesto sauce with Alfredo’s noodles and it was bland. The bread knots and dip was amazing but we never will go back as to that location has always had a bad review on any food service there . Mexican and before that there was Chinese I believe. Don’t waste your time if money please!!! Go to Frankfort for Italian!!!!
Delfino’s ItalianBistro has closed and in its place, the same owner has openedthe Saddlebred Country Buffet. A friendhas already told meto avoid this new place. He said they have no idea how to manage a buffet, keep items fresh and replenished. There has been4different restaurants in this location (tucked back off the road between an abandonedgas station and a Long JohnSilvers) since I’ve been visiting Shelbyville so the trend is that thisis one of those locations where restaurants go to die.I do not have high hopes but my fingers are crossed.
