Date night all the way. They have several chicken entrees that have such a unique blend of spices and seasoning that you will gorge yourself just to finish it! Excellent service and several locations!

Had nice relaxed evening at Bristol. Good food not best I can say but with new unique dishes. Great service very friendly and cooperative. Will suggest for relaxed dine in.

Dependable dining. The Bristol has been a favorite since college. I rotate between the filet mandarin, pork dijonaisse, and the crab cakes. Every trip, I get the green chile wontons. Delicious food every time…

No more. A sad day. The highlight of Brunch at the Bristol was the Green Chili Wontons. Imagine my disappointment when they were no longer on the buffet. I can get runny eggs and undercooked bacon anywhere for a quarter of the price of the Bristol Brunch. Disappointed to say the least. $60 after tip for mediocre breakfast food that is bested by IHOP or Bob Evans. Sorry Bristol… Lost my business. Sad day. I used to love Bristol Brunch. Nevermore.

Had a group of 11 there tonight. Service was good. Attentive with drinks. Overall positive experience although the food was very average. I had the Bistro Chicken…was kind of lost in the sauce.

Main course was good but house salad plain. Blue cheese dressing has mustard taste (bleah). Restroom was icky and included a loose seat that is just asking for a lawsuit. Meanwhile, awesome outdoor seating area.

If you haven’t had a green chili wonton, what are you doing with your life? Bristol is THE Louisville Original, a family-friendly bar and grille great for business lunches, date night, or even just a well-made, reasonably-priced drink. Their wine list, while already well-stocked, includes seasonal features and flights, and, being on the Urban Bourbon Trail, they carry over 60 bourbons. (And they have the best prices on Pappy that I’ve seen in the city.) Their menu has changed little in their 30+ years and for good reason. Menu items like the Pork Dijonaise, Teresa’s Linguini, steak sandwich, California Club Salad, and the Bristol burger are local classics. Ask about the specials; most are locally farmed. Half price wine bottles on Tuesdays and $5 martinis on Thursdays are an added bonus for the middle of the week. Enjoy!
