Horrible! Will never go back! Worst $65 ever spent at a restraunt! You could tell most everything was frozen & boxed food!
Computer down. Went to Ditto’s on Saturday night, place nearly empty. Was informed that their computers were down and the Manager would not let them seat us. Asked if we could sit down and look over a menu. No, the manager said to put names on a waiting list. We waited around for about 15 minutes and left — plenty of other choices on Bardstown road!News flash: computers break down. Get a pencil and make a plan B!Cost them 4 dinner customers…..
Competent. Not been in a while but I know people who really like this place. the last time I was there I recall the food being okay, but nothing special. the atmosphere was nice and the wait staff attentive.
Very disappointed. We had been to Dittos the first time with a large group so I didn’t have high expectations as far as the service was concerned since it was a large group coming in (even though a planned party there)….each time we called to add people to our reservation, the person answering the phone was very helpful. The waitress we had was actually excellent but there just wasn’t enough people willing to help her. As it wasn’t the best service the chicken and pasta was excellent. We had a toddler with us and it was frustrating as we had to ask 4x for some bread for the table. As I was walking back to the restroom in back of the place there were many employees just sitting in a booth just talking. It was frustrating as it was obvious our waitress could have used the help. I also witnessed the cook eating in the kitchen (sloppy and gross), it looked like he was eating a pie out of a pie tin??? While he is working and cooking??? I had let my entire party know what I had seen. I will not go back. To top the night, we preordered our food off their online menu. The prices we way more in person!!!! They would not honor their on line menu prices. Won’t go back.
Salad stale, steak overcooked, management unsympathic; however service nice, beer great
Brunch was awesome! I had a Breakfast Burrito which was tasty & complex. GF had Hot Brown which was warm, homey comfort food.
