Pulled in the drive thru at 11:15am on Sunday morning. After waiting for quite some time at the order menu with no response I pulled forward to the window thinking there was an issue with the speaker. An employee came to the window and informed me the drive thru was closed because she was the only worker. I waited outside while my friends went inside to grab a dozen donuts and coffee. I watched no fewer than 4 other cars go through the same drive thru experience I did. My friends returned shortly with no donuts or coffee. The worker had informed them it would be at least 15 mins before they had any more donuts available.
