Loved it!! My husband and I love trying different small town businesses. And that is exactly what Smokin Hoggs is. Great food for a great price. Plus you get to hangout with Ed! I believe this is exactly what Versailles need. Something different than everything else. If you like beer and BBQ this is the place to be.
Stay away. After reading the notice in the Herald Leader this morning, my husband and I decided to give it a try since we were on our way to Lexington. Our first impulse was to turn around and leave after seeing the interior but decided stay and give it a try. It was the worst pork I have ever had. To be fair, my husband said the brisket wasn’t bad. We lived in Texas so we know good brisket.
