They are now accepting credit/debit cards and have a new menu, I think new people took it over. It’s a cool place and totally relaxed.
Fine Firehouse Food. Excellent beer cheese and great service! Interesting history with the building. Plenty of pictures and firehouse memorabilia.
Tasty little hole in the wall – friendly.. Man they put together some tasty hot sandwiches. It’s a modest little establishment. The management is friendly and welcoming. You won’t get much in the way of health food but that’s not what it’s about. Real good neighborhood joint.
Takes Cash only. Thus far, I’ve had a 50/50 experience. The Ham and Cheese Hoagie is not bad however, the Beer Cheese Burger was disappointing at best. A burger with a glop of cold beer cheese on top. Not at all what i expected and not what I’d call a good texture. I think the idea is an excellent one but the execution of it is lacking. And most importantly, if you plan to eat here bring cash as Debit/Credit cards are not accepted.
