Okay Food, HORRIBLE SERVICE. I have eaten here many times, the food is good most of the time. A lot of the times there is always something wrong with the food I order. However, everytime I go the service is just awful. They are constantly just sitting around the bar area congregating with each other ignoring customers. You will sit without a drink or whatever you made need for quite some if you don’t get in their face about it.
Favorite Winchester Restaurant. We love Puerte Grande. The servers are always very friendly to us; perhaps the reviewer who had a different experience was the problem? The menu is extensive and very reasonably priced. The food is fabulous! If you are trying to watch your weight, there are also plenty of delicious choices, as well as traditional Mexican eatery fare. I hope this restaurant flourishes! Their weekday specials are well worth getting text messages about, too.
