Much better experience!. During our first trip, our group of 16 were treated very badly. We waited 2 and a half hours for our food and had to sit outside in the cold, and the manager came out and insulted and was rude to us. Overall he was just very disrespectful and didn’t know how to treat customers. He shouldn’t even be a manager there or anywhere. We were all very unhappy when we left. A few days later, a different manager named Ashely called to apolgozie for our bad experience and offered to take care of us personally if we would come back and give them a second chance. The service was infinitely better. We were seated inside at a table already set up for us. We had two waitresses that were very kind, helpful, and constantly taking care of us all night. Food was brought out quickly and on time and it actually tasted good this time. Ashley was amazing and more than made up for our first trip!

You have to make a choice and I’m a glutten for punishment.!!. This place is all smoke and mirrors. When you first walk in it look’s great. TV’s all over, games etc. but as soon as you sit down you realize you made a mistake. In the dining area service is good but booths are low and hard to see the TV’s sit in bar area you can see the TV’s great but you never get waited on. So pick your poison you want to eat or watch TV cause you can’t do both here. Been here three times since it openend and everytime it’s something. Other places in town make this not worth trying a forth. UPDATE – WENT BACK AGAIN.!.thinking things had changed..NOT.! Took forever for our waitress to come over then when she did take drink orders they sat on bar for 10 minutes getting warm. I walked over to get them and she stated I was going to get them and I said I like my beer cold not room tempature. From that point on it just went down hill waitress had big attitude then starting arguing with my wife at table. I had to asked for manger and take my kids outside so my wife could talk to manager. Manger totally agreed with us had to tell watiress to stop inrupting my wife when she was trying to tell the manager what happenend. He offered to pay for whole meal but we had just gottnen to the drinks 30 minutes into dining experience. So he just let drinks go and we left. I’m not going to say I won’t be back cause I proably will.!!!!
The service here was awful but the manager did his best to remedy it. At least the management is trying. I understand how difficult it is to find employees.
Probably one of my favorite restaurants. The service at the Alexandria location sometimes isn’t all that great. Get some wings!
I had given up on this location because of continuous bad service but gave it one more try today. They must’ve changed managers or something because everything was good today. Good service, good wings, and cold beer. Also, they turned off music and put on audio of one of the football games on tv. They have earned another chance from me now
I have a bad experience every time I have visited this site. Not a good example of a good BDubs! Undercooked food and mixed up orders.
