Don’t believe the haters. Nothing is wrong with this place. Sure the decor is a bit dated and kitschy but the dining room has a nice ambiance in my opinion. Food is a little pricier, but it’s delicious. Service was very friendly and efficient. I had seafood gumbo (a dark roux, which I prefer) and a seafood pasta (Pasta Alex) which was more than I could eat, believe me I tried. Too full for dessert this visit. Will definitely come back. No doubt there’s bad servers in the industry, but I’ve found that if you put out good vibes you will usually get them in return (good service). Your mileage may vary
Best Bread Pudding on Planet Earth!. Cajun Landing is the finest restaurant in central Louisiana. Beautiful atmosphere and excellent staffing only enhance the excellence in food preparation and presentation. The White Chocolate sauce applied to their uniquely prepared Bread Pudding is a signature desert that will have you coming back again and again!
Nice place to have dinner. We enjoyed our dinner so much the stuffed snapper was great. they have very good service I wish I would have saved room for dessert. give it a try you won’t regret it.

Didn’t like poor customer service, unprofessional staff especially the hostess/ owner wife was appalled by her attitude and demeanor would choose sonic over this restraint
Amazing!. We were staying at a hotel nearby and saw the reviews so we decided to try it out. Hands down the best seafood bisque we’ve ever tasted! It is a side with the entree but I wish I would have gotten it as a meal. I had the Etouffe and my husband had the seafood platter. If we ever swing through Alexandria again we will have to stop here! Adorable little place too! We had cocktails and an appetizer and spent $70 which we thought was fair priced for the food!
Interested party. Putting the menu online is a good thing and thorough at that. One problem tho, prices are not given with each item. Since this is not a buffet with one price for all, the public needs to know the prices. A person needs to know if they can afford to eat at such a place.
