This place is absolutely awful. The visit I had here prior was horrible as well. The waiter was very uninformed and extremely slow. The manager had to come and give us coupons and take a percentage off of our bill because of his incompetent staff. I foolishly went back again but this was a to go order. When I got home and sat down to eat, I couldn’t. I took a couple bites and noticed that the steak tasted sour…as if it was bad when it was prepared. Shortly after I got an excruciating stomachache. I was nauseous all night from the 3 bites of steak I consumed. I will never set foot back in this restaurant… and would strongly suggest that no one else does either. This place has a negative rating in my opinion!!!
It ain’t fast food-Alexandria. 30 minutes for a table, OK. 10 minutes for a waiter, 10 minutes to get our Pepsi and cool Iced Tea (6 ice cubes) and take the order. 45 minutes later no waiter, no food. We decided that 1 1/2 hours sitting at Chili’s was enough. We approached the hostess, our waiter was no where to be found, to pay for the drinks. We told her we are going to spend our money elsewhere: reply OK. She took the money and walked off. No apologies, let me check on it, no kma, nothing.The food is good at Chili’s, but not that good.

Place is dirty and service is terrible
Service ok, place dirty and orders slow. Took forever to get a table. One word… Management. Big problem at this place. Surprised as most Chili’s I have been to were far better.
