Crave has an amazing location and for the most part a kind staff. It would hurt if they were more attentive to the customers though. Kind of pricey, but the smiling staff makes it worth every penny. I love coffee and love when the baristas are up for a challenge! I like special drinks and different things. The deserts are great, but the salads and sandwiches could be a little fresher or at least have dates on them. I received a rotten salad twice and had to throw them away. The floors are always dirty. My main reason for the 1 star is when I tried to make a complaint on the way an employee had been treating me over the course of several visits. After my first complaint I was hoping issues would be resolved, instead the employee treated me worse than she did before including almost seeming like she would not even serve me! I haven’t been to crave since, and honestly don’t want to go back if being hostile to customers as well as ignore customers is OK.

Not good or no expiration dates. Food is not tasty comes already made ,no expiration dates,and the best way they can heat it up is microwaving it ,10. Plus on up dallor for a sub?
