Unsatisfied shrimp customer. Ordered a large boiled shrimp order today and could not eat them and filed a complaint with the assistant manager who only apologized but did not offer a resolution even though I told her I still have almost all of my shrimp left. Also told her that the office sometimes a lot of orders but it still did not matter there wasn’t anything she could do so I guess this is money down the drain.

Debarges make one of the best boudin in the South. They will vacuum bag 2 to 3 pounds at a time. Hint of its not too busy try the friend boudin link… It’s amazing
Even though there are no tables, The food is so good it is worth the trip. There are half a dozen chairs where you can sit to eat off your lap though. We have the catfish, shrimp and Boudin balls and they were all excellent. They let us try the Cracklin’s for free and they were incredible.
Rip off!!!. Something is wrong with this business. Years ago, it has been the best reputation as a best crawfish place in town. Now, it is getting worse over time. I bought 10 lbs of boiled crawfish worth nearly $50, but I found the crawfish are small, salty, and not fresh enough. Crawfish tasted like they have been in the containers for long. Worse still, I found so many legs and claws. Is this the way you cheat on customers? Shame on you…
