Good restaurant. Sushi rolls are great. Went yesterday on my lunch hour and they were busy, but my waiter was on his toes and got me in and out in plenty of time to get back to work. Sometimes but not lately Service could be slow.
Not a fan. We came after having eaten at a Hana in Shreveport and enjoying it. Husband and I ordered chicken teriyaki and each a different roll. The sushi was hohum at best; the teriyaki was not good at all. I was extremely disappointed. Though the staff was nice, we will not be back.
Very disappointed, I don’t know how old the reviews are but I can’t imagine how it has an excellent rating. Server was very friendly and helpful though the entire ordeal. From the raw cold beef tereyaki to my sushi being delivered to the wrong table, to the bathroom not having any toilet paper. Also the cleanliness does leave something to be desired. Torn carpet and the outside was filthy as you walk in.

Ehh..sideways thumb?. I cant like or dislike this one.. Its fair. Its not a place I just want to eat at. I never reccomend it but if I got invited to go with someone I would just go. The rolls are so huge and impractical to fit in your mouth. Ya dont feel like the classiest lady trying to shove a small frisbee of food in your mouth is what Im sayin..
What happened Hana??. I’d just like to start off with saying, I love Hana’s Japanese Steakhouse, I do. Their fish is the freshest and absolutely most delicious I’ve ever had and the service is always wonderful. But 2 days ago (Alexandria location), 9/5/14, we had an encounter with the same gentlemen as someone else I believe. It’s only one person but he is very rude and normally works at the pick-up counter. He’s around 25 years old, Asian, tall. If you work at Hana’s and are reading this please see that management does something, he’s giving your entire restaurant (in Alexandria) a bad reputation.
