One of the better meals we have had at a Logan’s.01 Oct, 2012Hold on to something while you slide across the greasy floor. The food is good, but I question if the front is not clean, what must the food prep area be like. The menu boards are greasy, slimy, and have never been cleaned. The table cloths are as old as the building, about 15 years. But seriously, consider somewhere else. We will not return

Poor service, worse food. Don’t waste your time or money. They food tasted freezer burnt and old.
Hire some cooks.. Logan’s does not know how to cook a steak. I order rare, and get medium every time.
Improving. In the past we’ve had very bad service, and undercooked chicken (for which the local management was less than concerned about). We have been back several times without incident, but I would make certain any chicken you order is thoroughly cooked.Obviously everyone loves the rolls, and I find the steaks to be very inconsistent. The pork chops are very good.
Questionable service. GREAT food. We’ve had more horrible experiences here than any other sit-down restaurant. We keep coming back, though, because the food demands it. The fact that we’ve had several meals comped after those bad experiences didn’t hurt.
The service is horrible every time I go!!! Took my parent here twice when they came in town and their food was wrong both times.
