Terrible service with OK food. If you’re looking for a quick bite, look somewhere else because this place is super slow. The staff is slow to do anything and you always see people just standing behind the counter when there’s a long line to order and only one register open. Food is alright if overpriced.
Not returning. Normally I love going here. However today I went there and watched the staff serve my food to another customer. When the food was returned, it was then simply served to me. Curious to see if the order was correct, I checked the sandwich, the order was incorrect. Waste of money.
Disappointing. I came here twice with friends, but my last visit was really the last for me. My first two visits were mediocre, and when eating in the restaurant, when they messed up the order I was able to easily reconcile it. My last visit was a to-go order. WOW! Did they ever screw it up! The grilled sandwich was cold, with shredded cheese NOT melted, they didn’t even give me the correct club, and forget half of my child’s order. When I tried to call to get it fixed, no one would answer the phone. For two days. Needless to say, for the almost $50 spent on that order, I was miffed. Will not return. Mess up my order two times while I’m in the restaurant should’ve given me a clue to how it would be with a to-go order.
