It’s bad enough to be in the hospital with a loved one but to go to get something to eat for a family member and have to deal with someone so rude is unacceptable!! Extremely poor service from a woman claiming to be the manager at McDonald’s located in Rapides regional hospital!!
I don’t go to McDonalds because of terrible service I get at everyone I have been in. This one is the exception, friendly staff and clean work areas. Again as I said I would not go to any McDonalds except for this one.
Convenient comfort food. This is the McDonald’s in Rapides hospital. I’m glad they have a restaurant open almost all the time, it is very convenient, and the staff are friendly and fast. The food? Well, it’s McDonald’s. The chicken-anything here is to be avoided, it’s like eating styrofoam, but the burgers are ok. It’s open I think from 6 am to 11 pm.It’s strange that they won’t even let you smoke in the parking lot but there’s a Mickey-D’s here – not exactly health food!
