Worst schlotzskys Ive ever been to. Sloppy sandwich and super slow service. Staff walking around like theyve never had a job before. Definitely hit the drive thru if you MUST eat here.
I just found out that Schlotzsky’s has gluten free options. I ordered the pastrami and swiss on the gluten free bread. Loved it!!! The bread didnt taste any different to me. And the cheese was tasty!! I deducted a star because they do charge an extra $1.50 for the gluten free bread.
I was excited to learn that Schlotzsky’s had a breakfast menu. Their sandwiches are so delicious. However I was very disappointed this morning. I ordered the Veggie with bacon, no cheese and received a poorly made sandwich that was undressed as its appears it was hastily put together. The window service was not busy as we were the only customers in the drive through and the attendant seemed distant. For a place that has such a good reputation for quality and service I was sadly dissappointed this morning.
MY FAVORITE END OF STORY
Yummy!. So good! Best place to go for sandwiches. Doesn’t hurt that it has a drive-thru or that it’s paired with a Cinnabon either ;)Favorite sandwich place, hands down, although I do wish they had a pasta/potato salad at times!!
Tried Schlotzsky’s for first time today. Where has the restaurant been for all of my life??? Loved it! The potato soup was delicious and the turkey bacon ranch on toasted sourdough was perfect!!! The staff was very friendly also. I will definitely be back!!!
Good, fast & friendly. I’m not usually a fan of these fast food sandwich shops-but this one is best in Alex.
