Great Food. Wife had the single Pork Chop. She said it was really good, baked potato – hot, salad – cold and crisp.I had the prime rib w/baked potato. It was one of the best prime rib dinners I have had. Nicely seasoned and served hot. Did not taste like a blah slice of beef, Very impressed. Good service, music is a little loud, but after all it is a roadhouse…..

Great place to eat. Family decided to eat here and we were very pleased. Our waitress was fantastic, the manager even stopped to talk to our table. Our meals were fantastic, the steaks didn’t even need steak sauce. We will return!On the downside, the music is a bit loud, and if you’re arriving as the ladies are about to dance, they tend to stand in the way (and when you’re carrying an infant, that can be an issue).
Best eating in Alex (from Pcola). My hubby and I have been appalled at the lack of flavor and taste and variety in the restaurants in this town. We are from Pensacola and really miss the wide variety and flavorful foods from back home. Despite the crazy busy atmosphere we continually go to TEXAS b/c of the consistent quality and good food and portions….and our kids love the Peanuts and yeast rolls! Their blooming onion sauce is better than Outback’s too. :}
ALL GOOD THINGS TO SAY!. LOVE this place. The food is delicious. I love that you can pick your own steaks out and they are Juicy & cooked to perfection. Not to mention the servers are very helpful and the food comes out FAST. Every restaurant is a little slow when they are very very busy but these guys know how to pull it off! The environment is AWESOME with pretty people pretty food and pretty prices 🙂 <3
My boyfriend and I came here the first night we arrived in Alexandria. They were packed and we definitely could feel the small hometown in the atmosphere. Although they were packed we were seated right away and the food came out quick. The bar even made me a coffee Liquer drink. And as always, the bread and sweet potatoe was very delicious. The only negative was when we first walked in the door there was a guy who was dressed in the Texas Roadhouse shirt so we were guessing he was staff. He walked in before us but did not hold the door open for us. Other than that they are doing a great job here!
