I eat here every week and love it! I’ve personally never had any problems with the owners.Try the Broc! It’s a broccoli, ham and cheese baked potato!
Today I visited three potato more after placing a call in order, the order was incorrect. I was charged additional for the extra toppings and speciality requests which was expected. I returned the potato and called it to the owners attention that it was incorrect. He was extremely rude, he went into a frenzy yelling and telling me my order is correct and I need to stir it all together and it wouldn’t matter anyway. I calmly explained to him the potato was drenched in bbq sauce which covered the taste of the potato. Again he yelled saying I’ve never heard of that and he also told the preparers not to stop and replace it. Finally after dealing with his horrible attitude another worker took it and had it replaced. He saw her handing me the corrected order and came to the window throw his arms in the air and yelling not to come back to the restaurant. I asked the lady to return my money bc he was so rude while she was processing my return he comes running up and yelling don’t give her the money and the potato. I made it clear I didn’t want the potato I only want my money and I’ll never eat there again. At no point was I trying to get anything free I was only asking for what I paid for. The owner needs customer service training. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Great Food. Best pressed beef poboy in this town. Salads are huge and wonderfully fresh. The chili and the gumbo are some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The whole crew is a joy.
I threw up after eating the sauteed shrimp poboy sandwich hot pressed with your choice of either mayo or tartar sauce. wasn’t pleasant tasting going down or coming back up.
Treated Very Unkindly/First & Last Time Going. My boss sent me out to get his lunch and gave me twenty-one one dollar bills to pay with. The bill was $22 and some change so I had to reach into my personal money to pay for the rest. All I had was a twenty. I thought the lady was joking and being lighthearted when she started yelling at me at first but then she refused to take the twenty. I offered to exchange the ones for the twenty but she just became more hostile and refused to even accept the rest of the payment. I was literally speechless by the employee’s rude and hostile behavior.

Was driving through and stopped at this place. Turns out it’s drive-thru only with one outdoor picnic table. Service was friendly, but food was subpar. Potatoes did not have real bacon on them (red bacon bits) and the shrimp po boy did not have grilled shrimp, they were boiled. Drinks were flat and tasted like carbonation.
