Pretty nice, clean place. Not sure why they call it a bistro (just a fancy name) Predominately Thai menu, Vietnamese, then some Chinese style foods. My wife absolutely loved the Phat Thai, she’s always crazy about that since the ’90s when Semolina’s was a chain. The pork spring rolls we had (no cabbage)were good although I think the flavors were more Chinese than anything (I prefer the Vietnamese flavors). The calamari flavors were out of this world, They did not taste like the normal Mediterranean ones you get in Italian, Greek, Spanish, etc. restaurants. They were lightly breaded but cooked with onions, small diced red peppers (not too spicy) and some green onions, definitely will eat again.Okay, I had a pork noodle bowl (under Bun) which is Vietnamese. I was absolutely delighted they did not overdo the chopped lettuce which is something I have found in big cities. There was a light dish of nuoc mam saucewhich you could add to your own taste. The pork was a little chewy but had a good taste. I found like a lot of noodle bowls I had to add all of the nuoc mam and a shot of sriracha or two. It was still good. I had enough left to have for breakfast this morning too. I may try it with shrimp or the beef ribs next time. The young ladies on the wait staff were very cheerful and active along with the man from the kitchen (may have been the owner). One thing, your glass will not stay empty long. They attend you constantly and the place was busy. My only advice to the wait staff is slow down just a tad before you trip over yourself (he said with a smile). This was my first trip but I will be back.
