Best food around. Last week I went to griffin grill with a few of my coworkers. They were SWAMPED! BUT the service was extremely fast, the girl knew what she was doing, and she did it very well. Had a smile from the time we got there, to the time we left. That’s the service you like to see. As well, we ordered the burgers per everyone’s request. NO burger can compare. It was the best burger I’ve ever eaten. Great experience! Will definitely be back.
Best Secret in Geismar. Although not a real secret (go at lunch and see the wait), Mr. Frank has a great little place. Burgers are all handmade and cooked to order and excellent. These are multiple-napkin burgers!Onion Straws are a great addition but if you like fries, you get a bucket of them.Never eaten anything that I didn’t like. Prices are more than fair considering portion size and value. The secret is to call ahead so you do not have to wait in line.
Absolutely delicious HOMEMADE huge burger! (Best around) Tator tots were so good & my husband had the shrimp poboy and he loved it! Food was great, and so were the staff! We would definitely recommend this restaurant. (We already do)
Friendly service. Ordered takeout. Burgers were great (as always)… Slight char on outside and not too dry inside. Tater tots were overcooked and too salty.
Here now. So far, way too slow to place an order. Someone needs to light a fire under the counter girls ass. Plus all the tables were dirty. Come on, lunchtime at a food joint means you are going to hustle and get a personality if you want people to come back. Food was ok. Onion straws were good. Roast beef was blah. Not sure if I’ll give it a do-over. I was quite unimpressed.
Negative Experience…again.. I was craving a non-fast food burger and decided to go to Griffin Grill because its convenient to my office. As soon as I walked in, I remembered why I don’t go more often. The ventilation system is awful. I was only in there for less than 10 minutes to order take out. Its 3pm right now and I STILL smell like the Griffin Grill. Also, the burger was too soft. For a minute, I thought it may be somewhat raw. It was thoroughly gray so it looked cooked. It was the same the first time I went. I was hoping my burger may have just been undercooked the last time. Not sure how they cook their meat but I was hoping to feel the meat when I bit into the burger. Biting into the burger feels like youre biting into raw meat. Its way too soft. Its mushy. The worst part is I stink and not even the perfume I just doused myself with is helping with the grease aroma I brought back to the office. Even my co-workers mentioned it. Will not be going back unless I was going straight back home to do yard work.
