I regret that I can’t give this place zero stars. I walked in around 6 pm and ordered a two piece white meat dinner. I paid for my meal and proceeded to wait while my order was prepared. While I waited I noticed one teen employee texting on his phone while standing over the fryer. Two more employees just walking slowly back and forth doing nothing. There were several other waiting on their orders with no sense of urgency by any employees to fill the orders. After 20 minutes of waiting 4 people who came in after me received their orders ahead of mine……The reason was there was no white meat chicken available and had to be fried. How in the hell do you run out of chicken when it is pretty much the ONLY thing that you sell?? How does that happen? The answer is that the employees and management are completely incompetent. I demanded my money back and left. 25 minutes of my life wasted in that dump that I will never get back. I’ll never be back to Leaders.
