The eggplant/crab cake dish is heaven on earth. Lightly fried yet crisp eggplant, crab-filled crab cake searing hot & smothered in a delicious cream sauce. At first I was annoyed by the large amount of sauce on the dish, but after one bite I quickly knew why they serve it like that– you will sop up the sauce so quickly & want more!
